Returns & Refunds
Not feeling the love? No worries — I'll make it right.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. Items just need to be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition — with tags still on. (Trying it on is fine. Wearing it to three shows is not.)
A few exceptions: Some treasures can't come back to the island:

How it works: Drop me a line at hey@lind-holmen.com with your order number, and I'll take it from there. Return shipping is on you, unless I made a mistake — then it's on me, of course.
Your refund: Once your return safely reaches me, I'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. Prefer a different size instead? Just say the word — I'm happy to exchange.
Something wrong with your order? If your item arrived damaged or I sent you the wrong thing, I'm truly sorry! Send me a photo at hey@lind-holmen.com and I'll ship you a replacement or refund you in full — shipping included.
Shipping
Every order leaves the island with love.
Where I ship: I ship from Switzerland — within Switzerland and worldwide.
Shipping costs: Shipping isn't included in the product price — it's calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. You'll always see the exact amount before you confirm, so no surprises.
When your order ships: I pack and ship all orders within [2–3] business days. Once your parcel sets sail, you'll get a confirmation email.
Delivery times:
Switzerland: 2–3 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates — sometimes the postal seas are rough, so please allow a little extra time during busy periods.
Customs & fees (international orders): If you order from outside Switzerland, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These are charged by your local customs office and aren't included in my prices — they're the traveler's toll, and they're on you.
